To add to this shocking statistic is the figure that 15 to 20% of the state's youngsters are also overweight or obese. Now, obesity is starting to spread more to nations that have always had a comparatively low rate of obesity, like those of Japan and China which is alarming. This is one of those cases where being part of the majority isn't considered a nice thing. According to the body mass index (BMI), you are thought to be oversized if your index is between twenty five and twenty nine.
